I love my mini skirt with organza ruffle accent and I am so happy I bought it in this nude color because I am really feeling the nude color trend for spring and summer.  The ruffle back detaches and you can wear it as a regular nude silk skirt sans ruffles.  Quail makes some pretty nice stuff so I will definitely be back for more.  I paired my little skirt with a no nonsense basic black tank that every girl needs in her wardrobe.  I adore this tank because it is fitted and it is incredibly soft.  It only cost about $45, but I have worn it a lot already.  James Perse knows how to make a tank top.  It was a pretty nice day on Easter Sunday, but I took my beaded cardigan along just in case.  This cardigan has come in pretty handy and I love the detailing.  I topped off the look with my favorite sunglasses and the first Chanel necklace I got from my boyfriend.  The necklace is a classic piece and I have worn it many times.  I am not forgetting the shoes.  I wanted a chunky platform heel and I had been stalking these Alaia shoes for months until finally succumbing to my trigger finger.  They are the perfect nude/tan color for spring and I love the criss crossing ankle strap.  This is basically my take on the nude trend for spring.  I will definitely have more outfits to come with these awesome Alaias.

xoxo
